Oven-ready Turkeys for Christmas
Our Holly Bronze turkeys are grown in small groups in a spacious barn with an abundance of natural light and ventilation.
Reared to high welfare standards by caring, local farmers, the birds mature slowly, enjoying space to move around and roost, which greatly enhances their eating quality. Humanely slaughtered, dry plucked and hand finished; every bird is hung in the traditional way to improve the flavour and texture of the meat.
