Our Traditional Hereford Beef is hung for a minimum of three weeks to achieve full flavour and tenderness.

A box will contain a selection of cuts including rolled rib, fillet, topside, silverside, sirloin and rump steaks, brisket, chuck, braising steak and mince. Joints can be cut large or small to suit. A half box will usually contain either rib or fillet. Boxes contain between 12-14 kg (26-30lb). The price is £10 per kilo ie: around £120-140 per box. Half boxes are available, price pro-rata. Special large roasting joints can be cut to order for Christmas, price on application.
